P. 10	10. Break for a hillock (2004-2005)
	In 2004 there was at last of what any and each writer dreams: the author had a first book abroad – in Montenegro in transfer on Serbian the encyclopaedia "Dostoevsky" has been published. This edition, at a sight of the author, poluchilos-left even by more impressive and beautiful, than Moscow praizdanie. Especially the author liked that the Montenegro publisher, unlike Russian, has taken out a surname of the author on a cover. First time, having caught zabugornyj a copy, the author could look hours at this marvellous cover where though and on-serbski, but quite clearly and readably his name appeared near to DOSTOEVSKY'S name! It is necessary to add, that the encyclopaedia only one translator – neda Andrich-Radoevich has translated into the Serbian language of all for one year. It is especially surprising, that in Poland this encyclopaedia translate on the Polish 5 (five) experts, have started to translate in 2003 and have only just finished job (this is written in the beginning of 2008). Paradox!
				But surprising with this first foreign edition on it does not come to an end. The matter is that the translator has counted upon the publisher, that is the God knows on whom, only the author has learnt about the Montenegro encyclopaedia absolutely casually, after two years, having beheld it in the catalogue of the Russian state library. To the author who has lost shame and conscience, it was possible to contact on the Internet at first the translator, and then and with the publisher, as a result it (author) has received from them the invitation to visit blest Montenegro edge (who does not know is a part of the former Yugoslavia). Lovely Montenegrins not only have incurred all expenses, but also were obliged to pay the late fee. Week in podgoritse (actual capital of Montenegro) – became for the author really paradise week, to what its happy physiognomy on a picture testifies, where it is embodied among new foreign friends-colleagues (on propagation of creativity of Dostoevsky) within the precincts of Podgoritsky institute of foreign languages. To the right of the author (the smallest in the centre with the book in hands) – translator Neda Andrich-Radoevich.
	Well and in Poland though the encyclopaedia "Dostoevsky" also has got stuck, but in the end of 2005 there was in publishing house «Tower Press» (Gdansk) the virtual novel «Me Dzhulija Roberts» likes. The book left in a series «Inna Rosja» (the author and has not understood – what such Russia?) circulation of 3000 copies, that for Poland to similarly 10000-15000 circulation in Russia. And though this time both the contract, and the fee, and author's copies – all was in time and by rules, however the author on a book exit on presentation to Poland have not invited. And it is a pity! Consoles one: prepare there for the edition in transfer on Polish, we will repeat, the encyclopaedia "Dostoevsky" and the book «Dostoevsky's Suicide», so dreams of the author to see Poland podpityvajutsja rather serious hopes.
			And president's affairs-cares meanwhile continued and continue to take away the lion's share of time and a creative power of the author. Here it on the, that is called, a workplace – all got tired and anxious (zri a photo). The goose feather in a hand, of course, sticks out for exotic and at the desire of the photographer, but, unfortunately, on a photo still there is no computer which has appeared at literary "office" literally before new 2008 year (thanks regional management of culture and archival business!). The predsedatelsko-literary achievements most important, so to say: creative grants became now rather impressive – from 10 to 50 thousand a year. The publishing house has grown and there is regularly «a Tambov almanac» (about what more in detail – on the following page). Are accepted in the Union of writers of three worthy creators, including improbably talented 19-year-old Maria Znobishcheva (a case unique, about him «the Literary newspaper» wrote!). Each writer-jubiljar receives now 30000 roubles from the regional budget on the edition of the anniversary book and 5000 roubles together with the Certificate of honour of the Regional Duma as a gift by an anniversary. Well and at last direct dialogue of writers with readers-fellow countrymen in the form of presentations, literary evenings and holidays goes, it is possible to tell, continuously. About that the Tambov literary organisation is held in respect and it is popular in the people that unbiased fact testifies, that the stream wishing to enter it all increases.
