P. 9	9. A stormy life (2003-2005)
	Anniversary 2003 year came to an end roughly. First, the author has replaced involuntarily and unexpectedly for itself the status of the free ordinary writer on titlo the chairman of board of the Tambov literary organisation. And secondly, as unexpectedly for itself it was crashed-has plunged in the rough novel with over the young and beautiful maiden writing refined verses. The novel was passionate, but short, however has inspired the author on new product under the name "Ljupof" which is now written, and the maiden-poetess — on the extensive cycle of the love lyrics which has entered into its first collection. And the collection of stories «Our perfect terrible life» which in the form of a gift jubiljaru was published by regional management on press affairs has been still prepared for the edition. Into the book have entered as old stories ("Siege", «the Life dog», «the Fourth hunting», "Creature", etc.), and absolutely new ("Crossroads", "Ants", "Quest", "Dynamo" and "Asfiksija") — only 13.
				On a president's post has put unexpectedly suddenly have gone uphill. In the first year of job it was possible to elicit at the regional authorities the finance on 16 monthly grants-grants on 500 roubles for writers, to found and register regional branch Litfonda of Russia, to create at Litfonde publishing house, to let out the unique collection-volume «Tambov writer-2004», to spend almost hundred creative evenings, presentations of new books, literary holidays, anniversary celebrations both other, and other, and other. Even capital editions — «the Literary newspaper», «Literary Russia», «the Russian writer» — have written-have noted the pleasant fact in the publications: in Tambov the literary-literary life in 2004 has considerably quickened.
	Meanwhile, the author-chairman has concentrated the basic forces to field of action absolutely new to — book publishing. The publishing house created by it in the technical plan represented its house computer "Пентиум-4" together with the scanner and the laser printer, and in respect of the list of staff — him in the unique person. Itself basically finds-edits manuscripts, only itself builds breadboard models in PageMaker and makes out-draws covers … The poetic collection of young poetess Elena Lukankinoj «shout Art» became the first book which has been let out by publishing house Tambov Litfonda. The edition has received very benevolent responses of critics and readers as in respect of registration, and the maintenance: Elena's refined verses about its the first rough and passionate, but short love to see have touched-have touched sensitive strings in hearts of readers. In the first year of job the publishing house has let out 13 books — very much even quite good result.
			Well and grandiose event it is necessary to consider an exit as spring of 2005 in capital publishing house "Owl" of the novel «Me Dzhulija Roberts» — the main book for today in creative destiny of the author-prose writer likes. The novel it still prepares yes does not leave in any way and in Poland in the Polish language. The author needs to hope and wait. Certainly, it not final page of photoannals of a life and creativity of the author.
